RNA-Seq Tools 1.1

RNA-Seq Tools enable you to analyze your RNA-Seq data for Differential Expression on your own desktop. This suite joins the BWA-MEM, GSNAP, Maq, Velvet, Clustal, and MUSCLE algorithms that are already accessible in Sequencher.

Note: RNA-Seq Tools are only supported on 64-bit systems AND in Sequencher 5.3 and later.
